Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron 11.75" Skillet with Helper Handle

I am a return return return ha ha ha ha customer. Love this. Needed one that was larger than what I had. There is a small learning curve to cooking with and caring for these pans, but it is well worth it. Not a complaint, but something that should be mentioned: This size (11.75") is heavy... Unless you are a beefy man or body builder woman, do not buy it thinking you can use one hand to get the food out. My favorite pans to cook with in my life. I hope Le Creuset always maintains the high quality.

This needs to be designed with a lid. It’s less usable without one.

It’s such a pleasure to cook with Le Creuset. I have several pieces now. The substantial thickness (though less heavy than other cast iron pans) makes it easy to sear and sauté evenly without burning in this skillet, my newest acquisition. And the mar-proof finish is gorgeous. ❤️

Not worth the money, the white has stained horribly. Buy a dark color or don’t buy al all!

Heats up faster than I expected and it heats evenly. Hasn't warped like my other fry pans have. Love the color.
