This peeler is so easy to use. It’s slides back and forth so effortlessly making dinner time so quick. It’s made of of plastic with e silicone grip to keep from sliding out of my hands.

I love this larger Y-Peeler because I am able to peel potatoes, a variety of large vegetables quicker. It is really sharp, and gets the job done fast.
I finally used this yesterday to make cabbage salad with miso ginger dressing. I am impressed how sharp the blade and how my cabbage came out just the way I like them. You don’t have to put a lot of effort coz the blade are sharp. it’s absolutely a fantastic addition to my kitchen tools to make my various varieties of cabbage salads.
