I bought the 7 inch santoku knife and I am very happy with it, it has a three rivet handle and is very comfortable to hold, I mainly use it for slicing vegetables and so far it is excellent!
Great Construction and great quality really enjoyed how it handles and the weight and balance of the knife. Really like the blade shape
Quick delivery which was appreciated. However I was quite surprised by the large size of the knife, which was my fault in that I did not investigate the product thoroughly. But what was very disappointing was the sharp uncomfortable grip of the handle. I expected the Henckel product to be much better on that count.
