bought this steel to maintain my Zwilling Pro & Pro S series knives...have not had any reason yet to use...but I have had a henckels diamond steel that lasted me 30+ yrs...I'm sure this will pass on longer than me...👍😎
Had this awhile. Worked well but in occasional household use the diamond coating has started to peel off revealing plain steel underneath. The poor design, materials, cost optimization or manufacturing process make this product unsuitable for market Certainly not up to brand standards or reputation. Stay away from this one, not recommended. Will not let me upload pictures.
I used it to sharpen a paring knife and it was great! The only thing is that instead of being cylindrical it it more oblong and doesn't fit in my knife block. I hope Zwilling makes a knife block to accommodate the shape.
