The knife is absolutely wonderful, it cuts right through the foil in one go. However, the secondary hinge when you're trying to pull the cork is slightly too long and makes it want to kick out a bit in the pulling up motion... while it's usable, it makes it a bit awkward when i'm doing wine service at a table. The search for perfect wine key continues I fear.
Love the ergonomic handle and the leverage it gives when opening bottles, will be perfect addition to my kitchen

Our new Zwilling J.A.Henkels’ Sommelier Waiter’s Knife Classic corkscrew is exceptionally well made. The Micarta handle is elegant and the nonstick coated corkscrew provides smooth uncorking. We highly recommend this corkscrew.
