Chef’s Classic™ Enameled Cast Iron Cookware 7 Qt.
The first one I ordered had multiple pin holes in the enamel coating. I returned it and received a replacement. I didn't notice it at first but this one too has two small pinholes in the enamel. My concern is that they will serve as foci where additional erosion of the enamel coating will occur. My guess and disappointment is that a 2nd replacement, ie a 3rd one, will not be any different. Nevertheless, I have been using it for deep frying and will continue to use it hoping I am wrong about the enamel coating eroding.

Not using anymore
I bought this product about two years ago and it is chipped in many places. I just used it again last night and more chips appeared, I am not using it anymore. Not happy with this product.

White enamel wore off after only 2 years. Unhappy.
It was a great pot when first purchased, however after only 2 years, the enamel both chipped and wore off. So from a durability point of view it only gets 1 star.

Smooth Cooking!!

I have been wanting one kf these for a long time. I did some research and decided on Cuisinart. I'm so happy with the durability and easy to clean surface of the 7 qt dutch oven. I love that its dishwasher safe but i find myself jjst hand washing it.

Love this pot!
I love this pot! I received this as a Christmas gift from my Husband. The first thing I made was a one pot dish of fish stew made with Cod. Turned out perfect with nice even heating and large surface for sautéing. Also the color red is so beautiful and vibrant.

Sourdough bread champion!
I bought this Dutch oven for cooking sour dough bread specifically, But im sure I'll venture out with many other dishes too once I slow down on my current obsession😅. Im absolutely loving my dutch oven and it does a great job cooking beautiful loaves of bread!
