Collar Issues, Around the neck

After washed and dried the collar sits funny around my neck it is awkward actually. May just be me. Not a Lucky Brand fan. For my son. He will not wear it now.

Different size

I don't know what happens at Macy's. I didn't get anything exact from a complete order. I am very disappointed, I have already had two similar cases.
