Completely melted. Couldn’t unwrap it. Looked like it was melted for an extensive period. Garbage. So disappointed.

These Frango Mints did not disappoint! They arrived in perfect shape. So delicious! The decorative tin they came in is perfect! It shows the iconic clock outside the former Marshall Fields building. A wonderfully nostalgic and delicious purchase!

Frango mints have always been a favorite of mine. Glad you still carry them.

Terrible. Do not buy. Tin is cheap but the Frango mints were not only melted but smashed. Not salvagable, Total waste of money. Very disappointed

Nobody can go wrong by ordering these chocolates! They’re always amazing! I have been doing it for years. They arrive on time, even early sometimes and are always fresh and taste terrific!

Frango chocolate is the best

The product was delivered melted from the heat. I put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Now the foil stuck to the chocolate. What a mess!

I am so disappointed in Macy's for allowing these chocolates to be even sold! The appearance of the individual wrapped mints was disgusting. the paper wouldn't come off chocolate they looked grey and white chalk color. they were deformed as if they melted and rehardened several times. This is a good brand of chocolate and they are tarnishing its name. I have ordered many boxes over sometime, out of 8 boxes and a tin, more than half weren't appealing some weren't edible.

I received the Marshall Field's Mint Chocolates on June 4th and was very disappointed. I had hoped the quality would be better than the last box I purchased, but unfortunately that was not the case. The chocolates did not meet my expectations, and based on my experience, I will not be purchasing them again.
