This Dual Basket ProFry™ deep fryer offers an elegant black stainless steel exterior with professional-style frying capacity and versatility. Dual baskets fry two foods at once or extra-large batches with a 12-cup food capacity. Large pieces of chicken or fish easily fit in the oblong-shaped baskets. The 1800-watt immersion element provides quick preheating and fast oil temperature recovery. Select the desired frying temperature with the adjustable thermostat. A signal light indicates when oil is ready for frying. Reduce spattering when lowering food into hot oil with the spatter-shield cover. The fryer's extra-large size makes it versatile for steaming and boiling too—great for vegetables and seafood. The heating element and enameled pot are removable for easy cleaning. Baskets and heating element nest inside pot for compact storage.

Excellent Quality
Presto's Dual Basket Deep Fryer is a quality product especially if preparing the more than three individuals. It's large and cuts down on the cooking time. The only reason I had to return it is due to the size. Also, consider the weight of the deep fryer once it's filled with a gallon + of cooking oil, it can be quite heavy! Another plus is that it's easy to clean.

It last long
I have been using this for almost 5 years, it is easy to use and it durable. Compare to the other brand my friend bought, it last only 1 year.

Good basic fryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It holds heat well. It has good capacity and warms up quickly. It is lightweight but the materials feel cheap. It Fried the food pretty well. We made mozzerlla sticks, fries, chicken nuggets and fish fillets.

LOVE the Performance and Easy Set Up!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never expected to be so IMPRESSED by a deep fryer, but WOW!!! First of all, it’s from National Presto - a company that’s been creating dependable housewares since 1905! From the moment I opened the box, it was a breeze. It was well packaged, and extremely easy to set up. The instruction booklet was easy to follow, with plenty of safety information, recipes, and a helpful frying timetable. The magnetic electric cord is an excellent safety feature - so that it will easily detach if it’s accidentally pulled or tripped over. We’re currently marinading some meat to make chicken fried steak fingers this weekend! We’re so excited!

Deep fryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made some spring rolls and they came out perfect. I loved that the oil didn’t burn me or splashed me like when I cooked them in a pan with some much oil. These dual basket fryer worked very well. I’m glad I was able to try for free
