Time will tell
The instructions that came with the non-stick pot say to wipe the inside with a little oil after it is washed and dried when new, then every few months if any food sticks to the surface. I have never had to do this with a non-stick pot before. So, as to the performance of this pot, time will tell.

Great addition to my set
Excellent quality saucepan. Lightweight and cleanup is easy with the non-stick surface.
