Probably would have been great if they would have been close to the same fit as my not hard to version in the same size. If you are a size 11, order a 12.

Alot of safety shoes aren't comfortable, the toe area height isn't roomy enough, and you feel the edge of the composite/steel. Keen got it right.

I bought the shoe as a daily wear that meets my work needs, its more snug than the previous shoe I bought. But I assume thats just from the padded tongue, it slips on and off just fine. Id recommend it, and Ill be thankful if a bit of metal drops on my foot.

Comfort is near perfect. Except the tongue. As with all KEEN shoes of this type, the leather branded stitch make the top of the tongue stiff (digs in to the ankle). Must tie these a notch down until that gets broken in... Otherwise, fantastic everywhere else--no additional break-in needed. Size? Unable to upload pictures with this review... This extra wide shoe is the same width as the medium KEENs I have been wearing. The length is a definite half size smaller than the others. Fit over the top of the foot is padded but way too snug for blood flow. Highly recommend ordering an extra wide and a half size over, if you are a medium width. Perhaps a full size over, if you are a wide...
