GEL-Excite 11

I love this shoe, however when I say true to size, it is my opinion that sneakers fun 1 full size smaller than your actual shoes, so I always upsize to make sure they are not short.

I was interested in trying these shoes after being told that they have the widest toe bed. After breaking a pinky toe I have faced challenges with the toe bed of most shoes being too small and painful for me. I love Hokka's and find them one of the few shoes with a wide enough toe bed. As Hokka has gone through many iterations the toe bed now feels slightly smaller and therefore less comfortable for me. (I wear the Bondi's. Perhaps other Hokka's have a wider toe bed.) So, when these went on sale I grabbed this pair. I love them! No pinching, no pain, plenty of room in the toe bed, and very cushy!

Great support: Love these shoes! Wide enough so my bunion doesn't rub- and in my opinion, the support and cushioning gives Brooks a run for the money

It took a few wears to get used to the higher "amplifoam+" sole and the feeling of a significant drop off between mid sole and the toe. A distinctly different feel than my several years old Exites. The Excite 11 is comfortable, has excellent support and is a good looking shoe. With the right sale, I will be back to buy this shoe in blue too.

I buy Asics Gel-Excite over and over and I am always happy with them. They take no time to break in. I stand all day long at work and these keep my feet and back from getting tired.

Good for beginners: My first pair of running shoes and they were very affordable and fit true to size. So far they've been comfortable and I'm very happy with them

Comfort and Style!! My Gel-excite 11 Asics are great! So comfortable all day and I've gotten many compliments on the appearance, color and comfort look of my sneakers!

This is my 4th and 5th perhaps? Maybe 5th and 6th??? I have a narrow foot with high arches, so not always easy to find shoes that are comfortable. These are great! I love COLOR so I was so happy to see these and on sale! I’ve had them in chartreuse and bright blue also. I hope that asics continues to make them in bright colors.

The sneakers were just too big. I had selected Wide because my toes have been pinched in Medium, but this model was far too large.

I don’t like the way almost all the sneakers now don’t give me that real stability because there’s not enough rubber sole under the toes. You constantly feel like you’re tipping forward probably fine for running long distances but for the gym or walking or wearing them around the house or out, it is very destabilizing and hurts my knees
