Cloudrunner 3

I ordered M width and I got a W width. Customer service representative simply tells you to return the item and will get a refund. If you want replacement, it will be after the returned item is received or it can be processed now by charging you for another item ( even though it is not the customer’s fault that a wrong item was received!). How nice is that? Now a gift will not be gifted in time, you can be paying for two items and will just have to wait for your refund…. Is that how you correct your mistake? At the expense of your customer?

I did a review on the same shoe 2 days ago, and i guess I will just have to copy paste the review. I reordered the same shoe hoping to get the correct size, well… it’s the wrong size again!!!! 6 M is NOT 6 W! Strike 2! The only consolation is the CSR i spoke with this time is helpful and courteous and has accountability! Thank you to you!

I have loved Cloud shoes since 2023. On my 4th pair and these fit and feel great for running and walking.

This ON Cloudrunner 3 sneaker fit well and true to its width. I noticed plenty of arch support and a very comfortable, cushioned fit. Would certainly purchase again.

Sturdy shoe. Fits an orthotic. But put pressure on the metatarsals of both feet. Otherwise, really like the shoe. Can't really compare this shoe to other brands due to the cloud technology.

Too narrow across the top of feet at shoelace area. Pain immediately when tried on.

These fit well. I could have used a wider toe box though.

I have always been a Brooks ghost girl, but wanted to give these a try! I love them. So much cushion. Material is nice and comfortable. Give them a try you will love them.
