Fantastic! I was having perennial tendonitis issues, bought these shoes. Wore them to Disney 15,000+ steps a day. Got rid of my perennial tendonitis. No blisters and didn't even break them in.

I like these shoes very much, but the shoelaces don’t stay tied. They are too slippery.

I have been running in Wave Inspire for more than a decade and this "update" to the Inspire 22 has significantly changed the shoe. I had originally chose Mizuno (originally Nirvana, but when that was discontinued, the Inspire) because the shoe was lightweight, not much cushioning, and great support. I never liked shoes where I felt like I had pillows on my feet, and that is what the new Inspire is. The look has changed so much that it resembles a Hoka instead of maintaining the wave technology of the original Mizuno design. I have tried giving this new iteration a chance, but I have never experienced so much discomfort in my knees and feet. I am so disappointed.

I have the wave inspire 21 that does not have the type of cushion in these wave inspire 22s. That much cushion in the shoe makes my knees and ankles hurt so can't wear them. I just called Mizuno and complained. I do not recommend this brand for those who want a firm shoe.
