I love these shoes because they are so comfortable and they look good too. My biggest problem is that I am a woman who wears men's size 13 shoes. On top of it I have health issues with my feet. These shoes just feel so comfortable! And I like the strap that has a buckle that actually operates because it secures the shoe on the foot. These shoes were huge so I got men's 12.
I say no arch support as a good thing because I have perfectly flat feet. I bought these to wear as a sandal, but they are so stiff and so harsh I was fearful that they never could be broken in. Apparently this is an issue with all Doc Martens because their website is filled with advice and products to help you get them comfortable. And there's so much advice online as well. But I just can't invest that amount of time in them, so sending them back.
