I searched for months for boots to replace a pair I dearly loved. Nothing measured up because they all looked so conventional. Then I tried on the Caroline Karli and fell in love. They have laces and diagonal zippers to enable a good fit. They are not boring. They are sporty, comfortable, and very cute.
These fit fine. There just isn't enough padding and arch support.
