They are true to size and have good arch support. The reason I am returning is that I'm short and they ride a little high at my ankle. For average or tall person, they'd most likely be perfect.

Wide width not that wide: I ordered these hoping they would be as wide as my sawtooth I shoes from long ago. . . Alas, the toe box doesn't feel very wide. Just wearing them in my house without walking makes my foot feel cramped. Perhaps they are wider than a standard width size, but if you have a very wide foot like me, it isn't wide enough.

Great trail shoe: Comfortable -cushioned show that handled the rocky trail with ease. Fit was perfect-typically wear an 8 and this shoe fit perfectly. Great shoe happy with my purchase
