I am a woman and I need to order a mens shoe to be able to get the width I need. Ive been wearing Gel Nimbus for 13+ years and will never change. I just wish they would make an extra wide in womens sizes.

Nimbus 28 Review: Nimbus 28 Extra wide shoes are amazing! As an Elementary Physical Education teacher i am genuinely on my feet all day walking around all over the school and gym. These shoes help me a ton with support and comfort. If you are on your feet all day and have wider than normal feet these are the shoes for you.

I bought the mens shoe because I liked the colors. I typically go with asics due to the arch support. This has some arch support , but not what I'm used to. The shoe is very bouncy and comfortable. I ended up buying another pair in a different color for work, and they are comfortable through out the day.

TLDR: too narrow in front, so buy a half size larger than usual if you have a wide forefoot. DETAILS: First impression: great cushioning, comfy uppers - my new favorite shoe for long walks. Second impression, two days later: Bunions! To be fair, they were only on my right big toe - and my right foot in old age has expanded half an inch wider than the left foot. Still, the news you can use is that the Asics Nimbus Gel 28 is unusually narrow in front, so if you have a wide forefoot, go a half-size bigger than usual. (With Hokas I wore size 11.5 ee, but with the Asics I found an acceptable fit only with 12 eeee.)

Good overall: Excellent overall but had a slight misalignment where the upper connected to the lower that took a while to feel good.
