Shoes taper in at the toe, classic design flaw for human feet. The wide width option does not resolve this problem. Having said that, otherwise, the shoes are incredibly comfortable and cushiony during running. THey just cram my big toe and pinky toe after running for a while. Also, the shoes have a major design flaw around the top that hugs your ankle: it's essentially a funnel for small gravel/dirt and rocks to go into your show while running. THe only way to avoid this is using gaiters.

I usually get a year out of Asics, but this one must have been a bit narrower than other models. I started to wear through the material at the pinky toes on both feet in just 4 months. They're comfortable and don't feel tight. They just didn't last long.

I love these shoes, but they break down faster than any Asics I have ever owned. I get around 300 miles on one pair. I run seven miles everyday so just a little over 6 weeks. It’s getting pretty expensive. I hope ASICS comes out with a more durable shoe.

The fit was as advertised. I've been wearing Asics Nimbus for almost 50 years. They never disappoint. Great for running or walking.

I love these shoes BUT I only get 6 weeks and 4 days out of them. They are very comfortable.

This generation seems longer than previous and that can make the shoe less maneuverable in some situations (like driving a manual car) . Unfortunately, they don't come in 1/2 sizes after size 12.
For jogging and walking it's pretty good though. Good cushioning and comfortable. I've been running Nimbus for years.

The quality of the Gel Nimbus seems to have gone down unfortunately. I had a pair from 2017-2023 that were the best pair of athletic shoes I’ve ever had - both quality and style. These ripped the first time I put them on so I had to return them. They were significantly less comfortable and cheaper feeling than my past Nimbuses, and I didn’t like the style. Not Zappos fault at all. But I was not happy with these shoes!
