These are horrible shoes. Stiff, scratchy, and the back of the heel is sharp and rides high, rubbing on the back of the heel. I wear a size 9.5 -- they were too big, my heel slipped out when walking. I exchanged for a size 9. These were small -- my big toe rubbed. I normally don't have any of these problems. It's just a crappy shoe.

So cute and comforyable. Color is as pictured. Can dress up or down. I cant have shoes that feel tight at all. They were sl tight so I sized up. But overall very pleased
