Review of my cross training shoes: Love my Asics Gel Contend 10 shoes, very comfortable and where then eveyday to work since, i'm doing 10,000 steps a day for my daily fitness goal.

Great shoes! Love these shoes, they are so comfortable and I walk all over my neighborhood and they make it so easy to get around, my feet never get sore after walking all over the place.
