I usually buy 10W which usually fits even tho left foot is really 10 1/2 and luckily these 42 W fit great! Yea I’m going to order an additional pair, I think.

I have super weird feet. I have a wide front foot with the toes angled slightly outwards. This makes finding comfortable cute shoes near impossible. I am a runner and have lost toenails from shoes rubbing on my toes wrong. I needed a comfortable, supportive, attractive dressy shoe I could wear with dresses, skirts, shorts or jeans and these seemed to check all the boxes. Once I got the correct size, they absolutely did! I normally wear a US women’s 8 Wide. I originally ordered the 39/us 8-8.5 wide and they were way too long. There was a big gap behind my heel. I exchanged for one size smaller and they are perfect!!! I will wear these constantly on an upcoming Alaska cruise. They don’t rub behind my heel, don’t squeeze my toes or rub my nails and feel supportive while looking cute. I plan to order additional colors in these just wish there were more color options in the wide size.

I’ve been wearing these shoes for more than 10 years. I still have the first pair I bought just because the color combo (navy with pewter) is no longer available, and I can’t bring myself to pitch them. I have three pairs in different colors that I’ve bought since and they are a staple. With jeans when sneakers won’t cut it, at meetings where heels aren’t required, in the classroom. They’re comfortable for walking any distance and always look nice. Well worth the money, last forever.

Perfect except the heel was huge even with thick socks on; felt like the heel had been stretched huge. Used to buy Naot but I’ve given up bc they never fit me anymore.

I have been buying and wearing these shoes for 10 years. The leather has always been high end and soft. However the new shoes I received are rough and rubbed 3 blisters on me after one use. I cannot recommend these shoes anymore due to poor quality and craftsmanship

I have trouble with finding a shoe that fits. I have always liked this style but somehow I think my feet have changed over the decades. The 41 is too big and the 40 is a bit short. I ordered a wide and the with is fine. I need a 40 1/2 wide and then all would be perfect! But Naot does not make half sizes.

I love these shoes for my problem feet. They are made extremely well and the suede/leather combo is so pretty and comfortable on the feet. They can be worn with casual or dress them up. This has become my go to shoe. Yes, they are an orthopedic shoe, but they are feminine and not clunky at all. Just wish they would do more colors in the wide version.

I have worn this style for years. It is the only shoe I can wear besides sneakers because I have such bad feet. They have enough arch support and are extremely comfortable. They are a bit wide for me, but the toe box gives my toes enough room. I own these in several colors. They wear well, and they last a long time.

These shoes have a lot of great features, but they are shaped wrong for my feet. They rub on the knuckle of my great toes.
