This was shown to be 4E but Wolverine does not make any 4E boots. So they are in fact 2E but Zappos marks and sells as EW (4E). 2E would just normally be marked as W (Wide)

reading reviews on this pair said it runs small but ordering a half a size up helps. This is similar to Romeo Wolverine and it is very comfortable. Great shoe They improved the insole and is thick and very supportive since I am walking 12 hours shift.

These are listed on the website as “4E” width but they are not a true 4E. On the box and shoe they are simply marked “extra wide.” Extra wide is not the same as 4E. My husband needs a 4E so these were much too narrow. Not sure if this is on Zappos or the company for labeling them this way online.

These boots look great! BUT. They’re sized wrong. I wear a 13 extra wide boot so that’s what I purchased. The boots are more like a 14/14.5. They’re super long. Also, I bought them in October 2021 and now it is February 2022 and the boot stink. The mesh lining has ripped out and the first layer of foam padding on the inside has also ripped out. I work 4 10 hour shifts and at the end of the night, my feet are soggy. I’ve had other wolverines before these that fit true to size. And at my last job, I worked 5 12 hour shifts those boots didn’t stink and my feet weren’t soggy at the end of a shift and the interior of them stayed intact. These boots would be good for shorter shifts and not nearly as much walking as I do at work. ORDER A SIZE SMALLER!

Took a week or two to break in. Size and width fit as expected. The boots are really warm, wish the inside was more breathable.
