I had to return these boots. Though they were true to size, the material started bothering me about 4 hours into my 12 hour shift (sedentary work) and got worse through the duration. They ended up leaving me with welts and cuts on my feet, ankles and lower calves. It’s been a week and the welts appear they may be permanent bruises:/

WOMENS VERSION OF THIS SHOE HAS SMALLER ANKLE/CALF. Also women's "wide" is D but mens wide is E. If you have a larger calf/ankle or wide feet order the mens sizes. Last photo is mens vs womens shoe comparison showing the unnecessary extra material in the women's shoe.
Good sturdy work boots. Great quality and excellent ankel support. I got theses bc of weak ankles and I have not twisted my ankle since I got them. Also great in the snow.

This is the third pair I've had over the last three years. They are excellent for ankle support, comfortablity and mobility. They are my everyday shoes! Great for yard work, and can be worn all day.
I ordered these pair because I need something new for work. When they arrived they fitted very tight and I ordered in my regular size 7. I'm mostly a 6 or 6/2 in boots. It was very discouraging because they took too long to arrive after purchasing. They are light and most likely I'll be repurchasing a bigger size.
It has the cushion inserts inside.
