At first I had to get used to the strong elastic around the top of my foot, but after walking for a few hours I noticed that my foot wasn't slipping back and forth or from side to side as my running shoes allowed. I was tempted to send them back for the 5E width, but they conformed well and they are keepers.
I always order 14W or 14 EE, these feel dead on accurate right out of the box. Well done Florsheim. The static dissipation is a god send. I've been trying to find a SD 14W for office work for over a year, and these look nice enough to get it done. I'd like this, but in a shinier finish. Gonna do something like that anytime soon?
