I have had these for over a year and I love them. It is so hard to find a shoe that is both comfortable and elegant when you have a bunion or a foot that is larger than the other, but these are perfect. You can wear them an entire day and barely feel them.
I love them. They are light, comfortable, accommodate my bunion, and they look great. Lots of compliments.
The shoe would have been a home run, BUT, the scalloped edge detail around the back of the shoe actually hit me in the wrong spot. I immediately noticed it. I am afraid it would become a blister maker.
Very cute shoe, but I agreed with another reviewer about the scalloped leather around the back ankle. The leather is too high here and cuts uncomfortably. Sadly returning them.
Pikolinos makes elegant shoes in supple leather. They are a bit expensive, but their appearance is a notch above most other shoes. Their only problem is they have a tendency to be narrow. This is why this particular line, Puerto Vallarta, is so great for me because it is larger and my bunion foot fits inside with no problem. The shoes are comfortable from the beginning, and they are very attractive.

Too loose overall and chafed across the forefoot.
Love the look of these and they are pretty comfortable. However, my daughter decided to return them because the rough cutout edges feel like they are going to tear up her feet.
Just not right for my feet. The cut is not flattering on my foot.
These shoes are very comfortable and the sizing chart was very helpful. I wore the shoes immediately and have worn them twice since - comfort still there!
