I was very happy with my shoes until the soles started to crumble. I contacted Ecco and they say their warranty only covers their products for 1 year. So apparently after years of being a happy Ecco wearing customer, I am told that Ecco no longer stands behind their shoes after 1 year. A pair of dress shoes should not fall apart after a few years of light wear. So disappointing!
I returned the shoes because the color was not as shown at your picture/website. The picture shows a "cognac" color, and the shoes that you sent were like a orange/brown color.....not nice!, not elegant like the color you show at your website.

Bought for dressy nights on a cruise. Comfortable right out of the box and fit true to size.
Fit and sizing are perfect. I usually wear a 13 and these were spot on. And I've been beating these shoes down mercilessly. I drive city bus where I'm at and these shoes have been taking a real hammering. But I just apply some shoe polish and buff them every now and again. And they're holding up at a championship level. Takes a licking and keeps on ticking. Very satisfied. Definitely got my money's woof on this one. ECCO for the win. This is one shoe where you certainly get every bit of shoe that you pay for.
Perfect work shoe
My 16 year old grandson is proud of his ECCO Helsinki 2.0 slip-ons. He has wide feet and the boxy toe of the Helsinki 2.0 fits him perfectly. He needed nice, dressy black shoes for symphony performances, and these are perfect for him.

I’m a bus driver and I’ve kicked the hell out of these shoes for a good couple months now. They’re super comfortable. I really like how Ecco doesn’t have all these little gimmicks intended to make your shoe comfortable and yet they turn out to be torture. Nope. Not with these Ecco’s. They’re on my feet 16 hour days and they’re still looking great. Take a lickin’ and keep on tickin.’ A little polish and a shine and they’re still looking nice and fresh. No laces. Really convenient. Love the slip on. Worth every penny. Solid. Well-constructed shoes. Withstanding a lot of use and abuse. Nice and light. And my feet feel perfectly fine after a long day tearing it up on the public transit system. No aches and pains. Not sore.
