I was really surprised, in a bad way, in how badly these shoes fared when walking. They scrubbed my heels free of skin and the shoes ended up bloody at the back. I would not purchase this style again.

I thought at first these fit perfectly, but as I walked a few steps I realized the back of the shoe comes up just a little too high. Since there was no noticeable arch support I tried a green Superfeet insole, which resulted in the shoe not hitting my ankle, but throwing off my posture. And I was surprised at how big and clunky they looked on me. So I'm returning them.
