Overall it’s a nice shoe to look at for work. I wouldn’t have returned it if it was true to size.

Good fitting and feeling shoe. I use custom insoles so can't really say how the arch support is out of the box. Overall impressed. Usually when shoe companies size up to big ones (14 for me) the box toes can get clownishly big (think diving bell suit shoes..) but these got it right. Lightweight, comfy. Will buy again (soon).

These were not skid-proof shoes. The size and fit were nice, but it was not safe for wet floor.

Fit was on the tight side. Extremely uncomfortable for an 8hr shift

Fit and size were pretty good on this; heel support is there too. shoe did not last very long, about 4-5 months, and really started to wear through the whole shoe and lose that arch support in the end.
