It's honestly one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I've ever worn. And I'm not talking work shoes, she's in general. I highly recommend if you're working in a warehouse or just on your feet for long hours at a time. The insole is removable but it's great on its own.

These shoes are super comfy! I find myself wearing them for simple errands even when I'mnot working. They are pretty true to size and width. The arch is pretty sufficient as well.
