Only 1 flaw: Too tight at the zipper area. Could hardly work it. Went a half size up as suggested & did the help. Otherwise a really nice looking boot.

Ankle/lower shin much too tight for wide width: I ordered a 12 wide width. Everything about the boot looked and felt great except the ankle/upper shine area was way too tight. I never had this issue with a wide boot. I could barely close the zipper past 3/4 closed. Could be perfect for more narrow ankles.

Can't zip them up Too tight! Nice boots but like many many others have said CAN'T ZIP THEM UP! TOO TIGHT.
