I have bought around 2-3 pairs of boots from you a year. I accept that the product will take breaking in, but it the fabric is designed in a way that will leave cuts on my heal after 3 walks or other injuries during regular use, it is unacceptable. Also, the rest of the shoe was uncomfortable for the rest of my feet too.

Took these boots on an Alaskan cruise. Love them. Very comfortable to hike or just walk in. Kept my feet warm and dry as well. Would definitely recommend these.
