I ordered a medium width but you sent a wide width. Then there were not any medium width available after your error. Extremely displeased.

I like these shoes for their comfort and support. I have a lot of arthritis that makes walking distances challenging. These shoes make walking easier .

Unfortunately I ordered this on cloud size 8 medium width. I was sent wide and they don’t have it in a medium width. So disappointed. Have to look again

I was thrilled to see that LL Bean carried On Cloud footwear because I love the brand and own several pairs. I have the original Cloudrunner, and they are great shoes. However, the Cloudrunner 2 version is sadly not the same. The toebox is narrower, and since I was going to use these for the Camino walk, that feature change eliminates this shoe for me. I returned the shoes, but I am glad to see that LL Bean carries this brand.

The fit was very good but there is a seam inside the top of the left shoe which irritated my foot. I even tried it with thicker socks but it was still bothersome.
