These were really stiff and the heel pinched. I ended up returning them.

the left pair is not waterproof and soaking even a water drop whereas on the right side water drop slides from the waterproof mesh. So one feet is waterproof and the other feet is not waterprrof and gets wet immediately.

Shoes were miss labeled, I wear a size 9.5 and these were very small even though they said 9.5. Not sure what happened with them but I returned them. Purchased locally instead.

I always wanted to try On Cloud, and I needed a pair of waterproof shoes for walking my dog. The fit is good. I use orthotics (so I'm not sure about the built-in arch support). The waterproofing works; my orthotics and socks never get wet. The only thing I'd note is that while the shoes fit well, they're a little difficult to put on, which might be because of the waterproof exterior. I need to purchase a shoehorn,

This is my second pair of these waterproof runners. They are definitely stiff at first, especially the uppers. I can see how this might be a deal-breaker for some. But they do soften up, and the arch and heel support my feet so well that I am willing to work through the break-in period.

It was perfect in the toe box and very very comfortable but they rubbed in my ankle area.
