Uncomfortable at the toe

Testing these shoes required no picture taken, because the other reviews are right, they're very uncomfortable. I thought I'd get around this problem by just ordering the same 13 and ee wide, I bought the same size on the new balance "elite lite" and even with insoles it works on that shoe compared to my normal shoe size of 12 medium. This didn't work, the top composite insert just digs into your toes from how curved upward the style is. I felt as if I had ordered a 12 ee wide and not even a 13 ee wide. Compared to the new balance "Elite lite" that I already have these are a worse option, at least the others using insoles helps. With these any insole you order for more comfort will just push your foot down as you walk and dig your toes further into the composite even if you order a whole size bigger. Also the "heel support" cushion the shoe has will be non existent after 3 months like every other heel cushion, even brand new it won't be noticeable after an 8-10hr shift. The width at ee wide was good though, my toes at least didn't have blisters from being crushed on the sides. Arch support may be possible with how surprisingly flexible these shoes are plus thick foam, but it is not worth finding out when your toes are bruised after weeks of wearing these. Definitely choose another shoe if you work in a warehouse fulfillment like me, restaurant, or construction because there are better options. The style and multiple colors is attractive, but comfort is non existent.

They didn't fit right

I usually wear a size 8.5 or 9 in most shoes. I know work shoes often run large so I ordered a half size down and I wish I would've done another half size down.
