Great daily trainer. Use it for 5k and 10k runs. Handles tempo runs well and also does good with recovery paces.

it said to size up, but my foots a small 8.5 so I remeasured and ordered the 8.5 it was too snug on top by the toe and the soft material stitched by ball of the foot was wrapped tightly enough to force the ball of the foot over the seam wider would be better, despite my rather narrow foot otherwise it had a nice bounce and I hope to try it in a bigger size
