Shoes felt cheap and uncomfortable in the heel cup. It felt like mesh without any cushion. Disappointing. Will be returning for something else.

I've owned 4 pairs of On shoes and though they don't last that long I love the look and comfort once I use an orthotic insert. These were extremely disappointing. The look is awesome. I really wanted to like them. Unfortunately they really hurt the top of my foot. The insert while technically not removable, is loosely glued in so I was able to pull it out and put in my own orthotic. With it in, my heel was constantly wanting to slip out. Lastly, the shape of the laces and lace holes makes it very difficult to loosen or tighten the laces. Had to return them unfortunately.

The shoes fit perfectly. I tend to be between sizes, but they fit just right and the arch support is great!

Was a little hesitant based on some of the reviews, but these shoes are very comfortable and stylish. Perfect walking around/travel shoe. Exactly what I was looking for!
