Sturdy but lightweight; fit is form-fitting, not bulky. The leather is top-notch, and I really appreciate the 90-degree heel. They feel as good as my favorite hikers, and are durable enough to stand up against construction and farm work. I'll probably buy another pair when these wear out.
A little premature: I just received these boots about a week ago, so it's a little too soon to be writing a review but so far I can attest to the waterproof abilities of this boot and the comfort level as always is top-notch perhaps in another month or two I can write a little bit more of a review on durability
The Evanston boots are great, durable and very comfortable, but definitely go up 1 size as they run small. I have extremely wide feet and the wide version is plenty of room.

We shall see. . . Having destroyed a pair of RW boots in the garden/ grove over the last eight years, I know that I am tougher than some on boots, but to have the sole begin to separate from the upper so soon into my time with these boots does not bode well. Additionally, why did the designers have to place a confluence of six layers of liner material right over my ankle bone? I am getting used to it, but should I have to get used to it? Shouldn't the professional boot designer think about placing this intersection in a slightly different place?
Comfy bet! Too new to completely review, but would appreciate the cuff at top of boot being made of Cordura or equal (like hiking models) rather than vinyl. Fit is good. Purchased as lightweight work boots with sole that does not easily track inside.
