The side Velcro is horrible man grandbaby tripped because these boots won't stay fastened and she has very skinny ankles!!

Boot is absolutely adorable, correct size for my daughter, but could not fit her foot in due to the angle of the boot. Unfortunately would need to size up to get in, but would be too large to walk in for my one year old.
The boots were too small. Ugg's returns and customer service is HORRIBLE. They do not include a return label. Their email process takes time to get the return code. Then the code doesn't work. Their customer service line is a joke. Have been on hold for 40 minutes so far. Don't select text messages because no one ever responds. Never buying again from this company.
