Awful fit, even when I took out the different insoles that came in it. Heel cup didn't go more than halfway above my heel so every step felt like it was slipping off my foot.

It’s a great experience since you open the box, great quality love the insole system it really feels width when you remove the insole let put them to work right away.

The boots seem to fit nice but are not comfortable and caused my lower back pain. I wore them twice, can't return them and stuck with boots I can't wear.

for amazon work just fine, dont believe the hate online. 4 stars because the pair i got were clearly a return but it was the last one in stock so i didnt have a choice

How can one boot fit perfectly and the other cause a heel blister that renders the boot(s) useless?

Shoes are comfortable. It comes with two insoles. I removed the bottom insole to have the wider fit. Happy with purchase.
