Comfortable boots: Have only worn these hiking once; but, they were very comfortable on first wear! I typically wear athletic shoes when hiking because I prefer their light weight comfort; however, these are comfortable enough (with nice ankle support) that I will probably wear them instead when trail conditions are muddy or snowy.
