definitely go up half a size or just get them in wide. the composite is just gonna rub against your toes and make them feel cramped.

Heavy and left bruises on my feet but might just need to be little more worn out.

Although getting a size 10 the shoe runs small doesn’t fell like a size 10. The shoe itself is not comfortable at all wouldn’t recommend.
