I gave it three stars because of the packaging. When I took the item out of the box the leather blazer was extremely wrinkled and it appeared worn. I’m very disappointed that Zappos did not do their due diligence ensuring the item is properly presentable. In this case it wasn’t. I was so excited to receive the item until I received it. As a long time customer for more than a decade this is unacceptable.
