I prefer 100% cacao, so I use it in yogurt or for baking. I like it because it tastes like absolutely nothing is added. The quality is almost exactly the same as before, but the price has gone up so much. Also, considering the price, the packaging is flimsy. And now they sell it seasonal, so it takes a long time for it to be restocked. I wish iHerb would sell at least some alternative products.

I wanted to make my own chocolate protein bars so I use these to melt and do that. Love they are organic. Has only 1 ingredient which I love. It is bitter on its own but with a little healthy sweetener it is great. Works great in baked goods and hot chocolate. Melts well as well.

These are my favorite unsweetened chocolate chips. Perfectly shaped chocolate chips to add to oatmeal or recipes. These chips have a strong, rich cacao flavor and a pleasantly smooth texture. Great!

It's not easy to find 100% dark chocolate chips that are organic. These melt and bake exquisitely. A bit on the pricey side, but understandably so.
