My husband loves his lamp. He has it on his office desk.

Looks nice. Heavy base, very stable, with beautiful glass lamp shade. Base is darker than shown. I'm knocking two stars off due to the placement of the power cord though. It should have been placed in the back of the stand, but sticks out on the front/side and you can't adjust it. Notice that the cord is photoshopped out of the product photo. Not sure why the manufacturer designed it this way. Also, does not ship with a lightbulb.

I wouldn't choose this lamp again because it is difficult to adjust the lighting.
