I purchased a Bella dual-basket air fryer and unfortunately it became defective. I contacted the warranty department expecting help with a replacement, but the experience has been extremely frustrating. I have repeatedly explained that I am not asking for spare parts. I need a functioning replacement for the dual air fryer I originally purchased. Instead, I keep getting responses that don’t seem to address my actual request. I also don’t think it’s reasonable to base the solution on what I paid during a sale nearly a year ago. If the same model is no longer available, I should be offered a reasonable equivalent replacement or credit toward one. I really liked the dual-basket design, which is why I’m disappointed that Bella has made the warranty process so difficult. I expected better customer service and for the company to stand behind its product.

I love this Air Fryer! It is much more that just an Air Fryer it can pretty much cooks everything and is super easy to clean.

Small and compact! Perfect for small apartment kitchen like mine. Worked wonderfully and heats up items very quickly. The color is gorgeous and very sleek. Enabling the factory warranty was so easy.

my air fryer only worked for 3 months it suddenly stopped working . can I get an exchange of this product

I purchased this air fryer in March 2026, and by June 2026 it had completely stopped working. I was in the middle of cooking when it suddenly shut off and never powered back on. When it worked, I absolutely loved it. The color is beautiful, and I even purchased the matching toaster. It cooked food well and performed exactly as expected. Unfortunately, it only lasted about three months before failing. I’m very disappointed because it was a great product while it worked, but I expected it to last much longer than a few months.

My husband won it in a raffle at work. I love it, my kids love it, it's easy to use. We haven't used the microwave since my husband brought it home.

I recently purchased this lovely Bella air fryer (surf color) and am already obsessed with it. So far, I’ve made chicken nuggets, baked pears, and tuna nuggets. It’s very easy to use and cleans up with little effort. The icing ng on the cake is that it perfectly matches my kitchen. Would definitely purchase again.

On day three of using it, no complaints except for one. The interface is confusing to learn. Do not throw away the manual until you're used to it. I've used the entire basket and it fit everything nicely. I also did two baskets at the same time and did the sync which was nice

We have had our air fryer since December as it was gifted to us from our daughter but it just most recently starting acting up. It sounds like the fan inside is ticking and is goes on off on off on off. Any advice? We love it but not sure what to do now that it is acting up.
