upset very upset waiting for 3 weeks to get it, it showed it was delivered come home since i work 5 min away no package at all, i looked i called husband nothing . I called speak to a person mentioned it was checking to wait .... and not to worry she was going to do everything to help me to the end, and sudenly we got desconected i didnt called back right away since i was at my daughter's soccer game, but i called the next day to see what hapoened and find out they coudn't replace item, they said the systen didnt allowed them. and they returned my item. No apology Bianca representative was careless no help to try to solve the problem i been with Macys for so many years and wasn't my ptoblem i never received the product i needed it for a special ocassion ( thats why i ordered way ahead of time) and i feel Macy's employees didn't try nothing to help a costuner even do it wasn"t my fault.

Great mixer if you have a small kitchen or just want to save space in general. It’s simple to attach the hooks and easy to clean. It’s also lightweight. I enjoy the mixing container it comes with. It prevents any spills from occurring.
I absolutely love all of my beautiful Bella appliances. They’re the perfect color of plum purple thanks so much for creating these products and please add more to your line in this color. (For example, utensils, knives, bread box.)

Crazy thing is I don’t even use this for baking I use it to make my body butters and when I say I absolutely love it. It makes my body butters come out so soft, creamy and puffy. I am definitely getting another one very soon!
I bought the Bella for my son and his new bride. They absolutely LOVE it. It works great, and doesn't take up unnecessary space.

I love everything about my Bella! I secretly wanted a stand mixer and was surprised with a Bella for my birthday! I love that it isn’t super heavy. love the suction cups at the bottom, and that it’s so easy to put together as well as use.
