The lamp shade is loose without any seated anchor. Any touch or bump causes the shade to fall off the lamp base. I searched the box and all packing material. There is no ring or clip of any kind to secure the shade. It simple perches on the narrow base and socket. The plastic and fabric shade could combust if it touches the light bulb.
These lamps were given as a gift, and the recipients are very pleased with them.

They are the perfect bedroom lamps. We love the touch on and off. The price was very reasonable comparing to other lamps I checked out.

I purchased this set of lamps in December. Now in April one of the lamps just starting flickering and now it won't come back on. If any remedies, please advise . I love the lamps.
