I bought the pretzels as a gift, what was shipped was chocolate covered Oreos. They were awesome but not what I ordered. I called and stated what happened they shipped replacement (pretzels) out no charge but Oreos were received again. So after the second time I said don’t Bother with the pretzels. But the Oreos are excellent quality. They just have to get their upc on the right item.
The quality of chocolate from this company is excellent. BUT the upc code must be wrong because I ordered the chocolate covered pretzels as a gift and chocolate covered Oreos were sent . Called reordered and the Oreos were sent again. Quality chocolate but couldn’t get the right item shipped out.
These chocolate covered pretzels are my wonderful splurge treat! They arrived intact and were shipped with TLC directly from the vendor. These were ordered late November as a Black Friday impulse purchase. They are fresh and taste delicious. No complaints were given as family members and friends enjoyed their selection. Thank you Macy's and a BIG thank you to the Chocolate Covered Company.
absolutely very disappointing in the products flavors, taste & freshness...I make them better myself....I don't recommend anyone to buy this item.
HORRIBLE, STALE, RIP-OFF! GAVE AS A GIFT, WE ALL ATE AND THE LACK OF TASTE OR QUALITY MADE US ALL SPIT OUT
