They changed the formula and now it’s awful. Leaves a weird film on my hands and face and it does not remove makeup, just moves it around. You would need to double cleanse to get everything off. Never buying this again.
I love how truly gentle this wash is. I have very acne prone skin, and this is the only wash that actually makes my skin feel clean and doesn’t break me out further
I have been using this product for years and years. Unfortunately they changed the formula and it leaves my skin feeling tight and dry after I use it, even after I put moisturizer on my face, its still dry. It also burns my eyes. It's sad that they have to mess with a good thing. I will be returning this.

I have been using this soap since I was 14 and i’m now 30. It’s great at removing make up and sunscreen, it doesn’t sting and it is well priced.
i love this because it works on all skin types, it’s not harsh on the skin nor stripping and it is an amazing makeup remover. i have acne prone skin, it’s very gentle + makes me feel like i have clean skin.
I find this cleanser to worst really good with my oily skin ! It helps me get all the dead skin off which I love !
Not suitable for sensitive skin in breaks the skin barrier and if you have acne prone skin look for something else
Review for the Clinique 3-Step All About Clean Liquid Facial Cleanser Soap (oily skin). Used this cleanser for a couple of weeks and thought it was an effective cleanser that cleansed the day off and didn't leave any residue. However, figured out that this was destroying my skin barrier and causing acne. This leaves the skin incredibly dry and stripped. Even with heavy moisturizers, the damage to the skin barrier is visible and incredibly stripping, especially as you use it over time. Do not recommend it as a daily cleanser, but if you need a clarifying cleanser once a week (or twice a month), this might be useful if you have incredibly oily skin and/or in a humid/warm climate. Definitely not for a daily/nightly cleanser, especially if you have sensitive, dehydrated, or acne-prone skin
